This process is tailored to you and your team following the basic process below.

  • Workshop - 2 hours on Zoom

    We will workshop the “why, how and what” of your work. Your “why” is the central message around which the rest of your brand revolves.

    Identify your “BHAG” – big, hairy, audacious goal.

    Identify audiences for your work and how you connect with them.

    Develop a short list of comparable/competitive organizations and inspirations within and beyond your “ecosystem.”

  • Equipped with inputs from our workshop, we will reflect and refine your vision (your “why”), your values, positioning, and ways of being.

    This includes a review of your venture’s existing collateral.

    Comparative analysis of other organizations to discover what we can learn and how we can differentiate from them.

    This step will culminate in a presentation of the above delivered on Zoom, with PDF delivered to you for your records and feedback.

  • In this step, we would develop a marketing recommendations document tailored to your venture.

    This document is a tailored approach to marketing your services as well as a plan for actionable steps for effectively telling your story on social media, building long-term relationships with warm leads, and developing collateral that compellingly communicates what differentiates you.

    This step will culminate in a presentation of the above delivered on Zoom, with PDF delivered to you for your records and feedback.
